And welcome to my website.

 

I've been a writer and artist since I could hold a pen. I have always looked for ways to increase my skillset.

 

I've always believed that a lot of hard work and a little Dr. Pepper can achieve great things.

 

Now, I hold a bachelor's degree in creative and professional writing and a minor in 2-dimensional art studies. 

 

I host AM I WRITE? Podcast, a show that invites writers and publishers to talk everything from verb strategy to gatekeeping. It is an absolute honor and pleasure to meet so many gifted individuals of my craft. 

 

I also work as the in-house creative writer for Country Suppliers, where I write radio scripts, help with baby chick photo shoots, and make social posts about things I never thought I would (like lawn mower rodeos and pet costume contests)!

The creativity required to write is not unlike the creativity required to make visual art, and I have had the pleasure of increasing my hobby for painting the page tnto a gig. I am always looking for projects that inspire and challenge my creativity.

When I am not working, I'm painting some new idea, making bracelets, and chiseling away at home on TEMPESTS, my current WIP manuscript about a jungle adventure that meets Avatar: The Last Airbender. ​
